This application proposes the erection of three houses of typical 1930’s suburban character. The level of accommodation will mimic that of the previously approved application. The setting-out of the houses on site and the landscape design also mimic that of the approved scheme, with slight variations responding to the amended house designs and footprints.

Though a more contemporary approach was previously adopted on this site, our clients were keen to have a “traditional” design which would reflect the character of the area, and for this to be given a high standard of detail, material, and design.
