The proposal is for a Retirement Housing Development providing 25No. Dwellings.
This proposals seek to remodel and extend The How Main Building to provide 10No. 1 and 2 bed apartments with associated parking and landscaping works. Also to remodel the Main Outbuilding to form a single dwelling house.
As well as 15No. New-build dwellings including 7No. Detached houses and 8No. terraced bungalows with associated private amenity spaces, parking, and the provision of public open space, landscaping, vehicular and pedestrian access.
