Project Information:

The proposal is for the demolition of existing buildings at Plumbs Dairy to provide 15 new dwellings (including 6no. affordable homes), along with associated amenities, access and landscaping works, and extending into open land at the rear of 103-105 High Street.
The site (approximately 5,870sqm) is located on the south side of the B1052 entering Balsham from the west along the High Street. Balsham is a village less than 10 miles southeast of Cambridge.
