It was a long battle but well worth it! This fantastic Paragraph 79 development within the greenbelt is an excellent example of when persistence and determination pays off. Constructed from green oak and softwood infill panels the driving force for this design was sustainability. Underfloor heating, airsource heat pump, grey water recycling and a red bed drainage system are to name but a few of the renewable technologies adopted here. Large south facing glazing panels are protected with generous roof overhangs and suncool treatment coats which provide an attractive outlook onto the woodland which predominates over the rest of the site.
