Project Information:

The development sought to part-demolish the existing rear extension of a large family home in order to provide new ground and first floor rear extensions. The project is design-led and builds upon the existing arches to provide a playful and inspiring rear elevation. The project allows the home to cater for single floor living, providing external amenity spaces to ground and first floors, together with winter gardens. This ensure the home is future proofed for our aging clients. The project also provided a complete overhaul of the fossil-fueled heating system, transitioning the whole building to 100% renewables, including an indoor swimming pool.
