Project Information:

The proposal is for a single 3 bed dwelling overlooking the Fitzwilliam College playing fields in Cambridge, The scheme has been carefully considered to be respectful to its context and will contribute to provide much needed additional housing in the Cambridge area. Proposed to the rear of two houses on Eachard Road, it was important to keep the scale small so it is not overbearing to its neighbours. The use of materials is sympathetic to its vernacular.
