Project Information:

PiP were appointed by the client with a brief to modernise the existing house at 4 Rutherford Road to create a large, open plan, naturally lit living space.

The original 1,000sqft house was extended by a further 2,000sqft, mainly on the ground floor creating three living areas which could be opened up or closed off depending on the user’s requirements. The master bedroom was also extended and provided with an en-suite shower room. Spray applied render, clay plain tiles and composite metal windows are intended to create a crisp appearance to the existing streetscape.
