Project Information:

Located 1.5 miles north of central Cambridge, 303 Histon Road will serve as the marker to a new housing development named The Mews. The corner plot has been designed to compliment the architectural style of The Mews as well as working with the surrounding context, creating a gentle transition between the existing fabric of the neighbourhood and the new one. The new build will consist of 9 flats with private amenity. Careful consideration through an iterative design process has been taken to form a proposal that is sensitive to its neighbours whilst providing much needed 1-2 bedroom flats of high quality in the area.
