Project Information:

Sitting along Alwyne Road in Cambridge, PiP were commissioned to demolish an existing bungalow on the current site and replace with two large new dwellings.

Working closely with the local authority, we proposed a design on the extensive site ensured the buildings adhered to the local guidelines of building lines. The houses are located close to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.

They offer spacious open plan living and kitchen areas, making them ideal for busy family lives. Oriel bays and corner windows also take advantage of views and bring light into the homes. A more contemporary approach to the materials was used through the use of grey weatherboarding cladding and white render with boundary treatments using natural features such as hedging and timber fencing.
